12.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. _________ appointing a Commissioner to the Citizens Advisory Committee. Per Oklahoma Statute, Title 10A Article 2, Chapter 4, Section 2-4-109 a County Commissioner is required to be on the committee. 13.       Discussion and possible action for approval of an agreement between the City of Edmond and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for reconstruction of 165th/15 Street between Hiwassee and Anderson Rd. Work includes but is not limited to removing and installing culvert, removing timber bridge and replacing with concrete road surface. City of Edmond will reimburse Oklahoma County for 50% of the project total costs including labor & equipment. Total cost not to exceed $25,000.00. City of Edmond to reimburse Oklahoma County $12,500.00. 14.       Discussion and possible action for approval to utilize the state contract through the Division of Capital Assets Management Construction and Properties Department (CAP) of the State of Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES). These services are required to perform replacement/repair to the Oklahoma County Annex Exterior Lights. The total project cost equals an amount not to exceed $128,850.00, and contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Ray Vaughn, County Commissioner District No. 3.

Infrastructure Committee

 

17.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. ________ amending Resolution No. 137-16 for Oklahoma County to commit to Oklahoma Turnpike Authority to construct frontage roads along the new Northeast Oklahoma County Loop Turnpike. Requested by Joe Blough, Chairman, Oklahoma County Public Improvements and Infrastructure Committee, and approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney. Planning

 

18.       Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. _________ to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S., 868.16 on a tract of land from AA- Agricultural & Rural Residential District to CG   Urban General Commercial & Office District. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended denial during a public meeting on January 19th, 2017. The Planning Commission denied the application due to its incompatibility with surrounding properties. An approval would set an unwanted precedent. Written protests against the amendment, signed and acknowledged by the owners of twenty percent (20%) of the frontage within one thousand (1,000) feet to the right or left of the frontage proposed to be changed, were filed with the County Planning Commission in accordance with Title 19  868.16 of Oklahoma Statutes. This amendment may not be passed except by the favorable vote of all members of the Board of County Commissioners. The property is located near Britton Road west of Luther Road.
